Which vehicle should I choose for 3–4 passengers?
For groups of 3 or 4 passengers, the best option is a business-class sedan such as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class or C-Class. These vehicles offer plenty of comfort and luggage space, making them ideal for airport transfers from Malpensa, Linate, or Bergamo (Orio al Serio).
If you have extra luggage or ski equipment, we recommend a Mercedes V-Class for additional space.

Which vehicle is suitable for 6–7 passengers?
For 6 to 7 passengers, the most comfortable choice is the Mercedes-Benz V-Class or Mercedes Viano, both offering luxury seating and ample luggage room.
For airport transfers with a lot of bags, the Mercedes Vito (Long) provides even more space while keeping the ride comfortable.

What vehicle should I choose for 12–20 passengers?
Larger groups traveling to or from Malpensa, Linate, or Bergamo airports should choose a Mercedes Sprinter (12 pax) or Minibus 16/20 pax.
These minibuses offer maximum comfort for group transfers, ski trips, business events, or long-distance routes.

Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats completely free of charge.
Simply mention the number and age of children when booking your transfer.
Every vehicle in our fleet can be equipped with infant, toddler, or booster seats upon request.

Can I book several vehicles at the same time in Milan?
Yes, you can order multiple vehicles for the same pickup - ideal for weddings, corporate groups, and event logistics.
If your group prefers to travel together, it may be more convenient to choose a Mercedes Sprinter minibus or 25–30-seat coach instead of several smaller cars.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi and bottled water?
Yes.
• Wi-Fi is available in most business-class and luxury vehicles.
• Bottled water is provided for all long-distance transfers and airport pickups.
• We also offer phone chargers, tissues, and extra luggage space depending on the vehicle.

Do I need to pay in advance?
Due to an increased number of last-minute no-shows, we now require a deposit to confirm each booking.
The deposit amount varies between 20% and 50%, depending on the route and vehicle category.
You can also choose to pay the full amount in advance if you prefer — this often speeds up the meeting process at the airport and guarantees priority support.
For all other cases, the remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver or online on the day of your transfer.

Which vehicle is best for winter or ski-resort transfers?
For ski trips to Chamonix, Bormio, St. Moritz, Cervinia, Courmayeur, and other destinations, we recommend:
• Mercedes V-Class (small group, comfortable ride)
• Mercedes Vito Long (extra luggage space for ski equipment)
• Mercedes Sprinter Minibus (for larger groups with ski bags)
All vehicles come with winter tires during the season.

Can I request a meet-and-greet at the airport?
Yes, we always offer Meet & Greet service at Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airports (Orio al Serio).
Your driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a name sign and 1 hour of free waiting time.

Are there any additional charges?
Our transfer prices are fixed and confirmed in advance; however, some extra costs may apply in specific situations.
Paid tunnels, toll roads, or paid parking (if the client requests a stop that requires parking) are not included in the base price and are added according to the official fees.
Additionally, a 10% extra charge applies to night transfers scheduled between 22:00 and 08:00.
