• How to book a trip as quickly as possible?

  In order to book a trip immediately or as soon as possible, we recommend you several options:
  1) write to the support chat on the site itself (you will find the icon at the bottom of the screen, on the right)

• How to order per hour car rental with a driver?

  You can do this on the booking page by selecting the tab (per Hour rental) and specify the meeting place, as well as the start and end time of the trip.
  When renting by the hour, there is a limit on the number of kilometers included in the trip. Our manager will inform you of this limit when booking.

• What's included in the cost?

  The cost of the trip includes free waiting (60 minutes at airports, sea or river passenger terminals, 30 minutes at train stations, 15 minutes in all other places), gasoline and tolls. The price does not include paid parking, travel through paid tunnels, or entry into restricted areas.

• Will I receive confirmation of my trip?

  Yes, you can request an invoice or travel receipt.

• What should I do if I have not received my booking confirmation email?

  First, you need to check your SPAM folder.
  If you do not find the letter there, contact the manager at: +39 351-7699952 (Whatsapp).

• Can I book a car with a child seat?

  Yes, when filling out the order form in the “Comment” field you need to indicate the number of children and their age so that the driver can take the necessary seats.

• How can I pay for my order?

  There are several ways, such as:
  1. bank transfer (+10%)
  2. payment by credit card (+10%)
  3. payment in cash to the driver (But you will need to make a prepayment to confirm the booking).

• Are your drivers licensed?

  Of course, we only provide licensed drivers.

• What is your passenger safety policy?

  - drivers undergo regular medical examinations;
  - cars are regularly checked for serviceability and regularly updated.

• Where will I meet with my driver when I land at the airport?

  You will find our driver in the main arrival hall with a card with your name on it.
  When booking, be sure to indicate a phone number that will be active at the time of meeting the driver.

• How can I make sure my luggage will fit in the car?

  Indicate the size of your luggage and the number of seats in the “Comment” field of the order form and our manager will offer you a suitable vehicle.
  For example: 2 ski bags 180 cm long and two suitcases 80/50/40 cm.

• Can I cancel my order?

  Yes. You have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time. Moreover, if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the transfer time, we will fully refund the prepayment.
  Otherwise, you are required to pay for the order in full.
